- Labor Insurance (勞保)
- Mandatory insurance for employees. The premium is shared between employer and employee, with the employee typically paying 20% of the premium.
- Health Insurance (健保)
- National Health Insurance premium is calculated based on salary bracket. Employees pay 30% of the premium, while employers cover 60%.
- Labor Pension (勞退)
- Employers must contribute at least 6% of an employee's monthly salary to their pension account. Employees can voluntarily contribute up to an additional 6%.
